The complete point of sale, free while it is in beta. No signup, no card, no sales call — each button mints a short-lived link and sends you straight to the file.
Self-contained installer. Nothing else to install first — no Visual C++ redistributable, no runtime, no framework.
An AppImage for evaluation — download, make it executable, run it. Nothing is installed system-wide.
Downloads are open on purpose. The link is short-lived to keep our bandwidth sane — it is not a gate, and there is no directory listing behind it.
After you install
During the beta the till simply runs. Licensing arrives with the activation service, and when it does, verification happens on your machine rather than against ours.

No account is required to download or to run the beta. Add a product, ring it up, print a receipt.

Set up your receipt printer, scanner and cash drawer in settings. If a device misbehaves, we want to hear which one.

Before you put it on a live counter
People are, and we would like more of them to. But it is beta software: keep your existing process reachable for a week or two, and export your data regularly. If you are about to trade through your busiest season, start after it rather than during.
That is the intention and we are building migrations for it. The ledger format is specified and versioned precisely so history carries forward. We will say so plainly in the release notes if any beta build ever needs a manual step.
Please tell us the exact model. Hardware support is written and we are validating it across a bench of real devices — the models people report are the models we buy and test next.
Code-signing certificates land before 1.0. Until then Windows SmartScreen will warn you about an unrecognised publisher — that warning is accurate, and you should weigh it. If you would rather wait for a signed build, that is a reasonable call.
